Something Had To Change

Burn This Candle, Co. emerged from a profound realization that everyone, regardless of their status or title, can face mental health challenges. Whether you're a single parent feeling overwhelmed, grieving the loss of a loved one, or experiencing anxiety in large crowds, these issues are all too common. In my own journey, I noticed that I wasn't dedicating time to ensure my mental wellness. I thought staying occupied with work would eventually help me overcome these feelings, but it became clear that something had to change.

I realized that in my every day life I never took the time to work on getting myself into a healthy space. Instead I convinced myself that if I just worked and stayed busy that I would get over it.
